Returns

At Gems of Elah, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. As each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and advise on the next steps.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
To initiate a return for a faulty item, please email us at contact@gemsofelah.com with the following:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item

All approved returns must be:

• In original, unworn condition

• Sent back with original packaging

• Returned within 14 days of return approval

This returns policy applies in line with our warranty terms. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
