At Gems of Elah, every piece is crafted with care, precision, and intention. Most of our jewellery is made-to-order, allowing us to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail.

Production & Dispatch Time

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, please allow up to 4 weeks for your piece to be crafted before it is shipped. This production timeline ensures every detail is meticulously finished to the highest standard.

For ready-to-ship items, dispatch will occur within 2–4 business days.

Our orders are processed between Monday to Friday, excluding weekends.

If you need your piece by a specific date or urgently, please contact us before placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request depending on stock and workshop availability.

 

Shipping within Australia

Free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within Australia.

Standard shipping for orders under $150 is $9.95.

Standard shipping time is 2 to 8 business days. 

Express shipping is available for $14.95.

Express shipping time is 1 - 4 business days.

 

Shipping Worldwide

Free standard shipping on all orders over $500 AUD.

Standard shipping for orders under $500 is $20 AUD.

Standard international shipping time is 6 to 27 business days. 

Express shipping is available for $35 AUD.

Express International shipping time is 5 - 8 business days.

 

Shipped with Care

All our products are shipped from Sydney, Australia with the utmost care, in sustainable and nondescript subtle packaging.

Our products require signature upon delivery. 

If you're not home to sign for the package, it will be taken to the postal service office and await collection.
