Christmas and New Year Cut-off Date

Our Christmas guaranteed delivery window for made-to-order pieces has now closed.

Any made-to-order purchases placed from now until Christmas may not arrive in time for the holiday.

For our ready-to-ship jewellery (dispatched within 3–5 business days):

• Australia: Order by 10th December for guaranteed Christmas delivery.
• Worldwide: Order by 30th November for guaranteed Christmas delivery.

Please note that during this period, the estimated delivery dates listed on individual product pages should be disregarded, as seasonal demand and courier schedules may cause variations.

We’ll continue to prepare and ship all orders with care and urgency. Orders placed after the cut-off date may not arrive before the holidays, so we recommend ordering early to guarantee your special piece is ready to be treasured and gifted during the celebrations.
